Order processing analyst is responsible for optimally performing the order fulfillment process while encouraging effective relationships with both customers and CP colleagues   Core Responsibilities.
Receive sales orders from the customers daily basis; credit & products availability check and vehicle planning Working closely with Operations to plan, analyse customer needs, to follow up on orders to ensure on time and complete delivery Partners with Finance to optimize the order-to-cash cycle, and total delivered cost Ensure the highest level of Customer Service is provided to our customers through the development and maintenance of order fulfillment best practices Uses Supply Chain data and analytical tools optimally including SAP and Business Intelligence   Functional Proficiencies.
Customer Service & Logistics Achieves customer-focused Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by balancing customer service, distribution costs and inventory level.
Understands Supply Chain constraints such as product release, manufacturing, distribution, and customer requirements Grasps the business processes and SAP systems that optimize finished goods replenishment Applies the fundamentals of pull systems, inventory control, and cycle time reduction Understands the drivers of Demand Management Embraces best practices for improving sales forecast accuracy Develops sourcing solutions using analytical, financial, and negotiation skills Knows and uses the Recovery and Recall procedure   Required Qualification.
Higher Education Degree in Finance, Economics, Management etc.
