Our vision for the company's 100th anniversary in 2025 is to make DEKRA the global partner for a safer world.Your roleWe are looking for an Organizational Design Specialist to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of organizational structures on a global scale. This role requires a hands-on approach and a strategic mindset to drive organizational standards while working closely with key stakeholders across HR and program teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganizational Structure Management: Design, implement, and maintain efficient organizational structures, including matrix setups and global frameworks.Process & Standards Implementation: Support the articulation and implementation of global organizational standards, ensuring alignment across regions and functions.HR Technology & Data Management: Utilize SAP SuccessFactors to support organizational modeling, reporting, and workforce planning.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with HR teams, business leaders, and program teams to translate business needs into effective organizational solutions.Data Analysis & Insights: Provide data-driven insights to support organizational decisions, restructuring, and continuous improvement initiatives.Change Management: Support and drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and communication across teams.Key QualificationsProven experience in Organizational Design, HR Strategy, or a related field.Strong understanding of organizational structures, including matrix environments.Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems is a strong plus.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across HR and program teams.Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.Fluent in English (German is a plus but not required).What We OfferA dynamic and international work environment.The opportunity to influence and shape global organizational structures.A mix of strategic and operational work, allowing for personal and professional growth.Preferred location in Barcelona.Contract: Permanent.Corporate Benefits and Other Information:Corporate Benefits and Other Information: Summer and Christmas intensive workday, as well as every Friday throughout the year.
