Job Description As a People Service Partner at zooplus, you will play a crucial role in supporting our People & Culture team and ensuring the smooth operation of our people-related processes.
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across various aspects of HR, including but not limited to employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
This position reports directly to the Team Lead People Services and works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective people solutions.
Responsibilities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and assistance.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including paperwork completion, orientation sessions, and exit interviews.
Manage employee data and maintain HRIS records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Support our finance teams with the year-end closing process Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events, such as team-building activities, and benefit programs.
Assist with HR compliance efforts, including maintaining knowledge of employment laws and regulations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Support the monthly payroll run in an outsourced model with partners located in different locations Provide staturory reporting for social security and payroll Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the company's growth and culture.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar education (Formacion Professional de Grado Superior en Administracion).
5+ years of experience in human resources or related field, preferably in a fast-paced, e-commerce environment.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems, preferably Workday.
