Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PMO Support professional to join our client's team on a 3-month contract, with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have experience in global environments, possess advanced Excel skills, and preferably be familiar with Power BI. This role will involve supporting project management activities, focusing on procurement, cost tracking, and ensuring smooth communication with IT stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Cost Tracking and Analysis: Monitor, record, and analyze project costs to ensure they align with budget constraints, making adjustments as needed to meet financial forecasts.Follow-Up and Task Management: Proactively follow up on outstanding tasks, requests, and deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time and meeting project deadlines.Purchase Order Management: Handle the creation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative assistance to the PMO team, helping maintain smooth project operations and workflows.Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with IT stakeholders, providing status updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring clear alignment on project objectives.Reporting and Dashboard Preparation: Develop reports and dashboards using Excel (and Power BI, if applicable) to present key data insights and project updates.Project Management Assistance: Support the PMO with various project management tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of project execution.Key Requirements:Fluency in English (both written and spoken), with experience working in global environments.Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the use of complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.Experience with Power BI is preferable, but not mandatory.Prior experience in purchase order creation, procurement processes, and cost tracking.Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with IT stakeholders and project teams effectively.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Contract Terms:Duration: 3-month contract with the possibility of extension.Location: Barcelona, hybrid
