> **FUNCTIONS**..
You will be part of the Customer Service Experience department performing the following functions:.
- Incident management of orders..
- Management of product returns..
- Resolution of doubts and queries regarding orders and shipments..
- Order tracking..
- Associated administrative tasks....
> **REQUIREMENTS**..
- Native/bilingual level of **Polish**..
- Very **high level of English** (C1 minimum)..
- Highly valuable a very good level of other languages..
- People with high orientation to customer service and passionate about sports..
- Persuasive and good Communicator....
> **CONDITIONS**..
- **Shift**.
Full-time position Monday to Friday from 9h to 18h and 1 week a month from Tuesday to Saturday.
