At least +2 year of experience as a performance marketer, building campaigns and analyzing results. C1 level of English is a big plus.Deep passion for Digital Marketing and Performance, Results Oriented. Knows how to tackle the differences between paid social and ppc, understands multi-touch attribution and long conversion windows. Is interested in subscription models and knows how to tackle churn risks.About youBachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience focus on digital performance marketing.Experience of planning and evaluating paid digital campaigns; outline clear KPIs and performance measurements for success specific to each campaignProven track record of improving paid media ROI and implementing best practicesStrong knowledge in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager. Knowledge of Smartly.io is a plus.Proven track record of leading strategies to battle Churn and/or increase Life Time ValueAbility to identify and track relevant KPIs.Analytical skills.
