The Role.
We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead our Business Collaboration Network initiative.
This exciting new solution aims to transform how businesses interact with their partners, suppliers, and customers by enabling them to share data.
As Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the platform vision and strategy for our Networks product.
Your expertise in business execution networks will be crucial in developing a product that meets the complex needs of modern enterprises leveraging Celonis Intelligence.
The work you'll do.
Drive the strategic direction of our Networks product - define the vision, build and execute a roadmap aligned with business goals.
Leverage your domain expertise in enterprise processes (e.
order management, procurement,...) and enterprise networks to identify key product features, integration points, and use cases.
Collaborate closely with engineering to translate strategy into actionable plans and successfully bring the product to market.
Work directly with customers and the go-to-market organization to deeply understand the needs of the network participants.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Networks, championing its features, benefits, and value proposition both internally and externally.
Establish partnerships with key players in the network ecosystem to foster innovation and drive adoption.
Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
The qualifications you need.
8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise software solutions.
Strong knowledge of Data Modelling and E2E data integration Experience in supply chain platforms (e.
., SAP Business Network, EDI portals), and other B2B integration technologies is a plus Demonstrable aptitude for learning and understanding complex business processes and challenges Experience in crafting vision and strategy for complex enterprise products Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling enterprise software products.
Ability to navigate and influence in a matrix organization, driving consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
