PROCESS MANAGEMENT ANALYST

What you’ll do Develop and manage Business Process, including policies, tasks, that enables to respond appropriately all business process changes, technical or operational, as well as improvement opportunities.
Job Responsabilities Process Governance                                                                         Ability to translate business process to formal process definitions and workflows.
Establish process related policies, procedures, forms, work instructions and methodologies for all departments.
Continuously review processes in order to guarantee alignment with local objectives and guarantee compliance with Group standards.
Operational and workflow improvement                             Facilitate process workflow modelling to collaborate on process improvements.
automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases.
Document process information, using visual diagrams/flowcharts, to make processes simple and easy to understand.
Requirement Design                                                             Gather cross-functional stakeholders input to ensure all views are reflected, contributing to process improvement.
Collect and document of business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts.
