Job Description Turner & Townsend has a new opportunity for a Procurement Manager in Spain.
Procurement for major capital projects and programmes includes:-  Developing procurement and contracting strategies to drive value and mitigate risk Developing tender and contract documentation, and  Effectively managing the end-to-end procurement process including coordinating tender clarifications responses, evaluating tender submissions, and developing tender reports.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to.

The duties of this role include.
Providing procurement advice to clients;   Managing end-to-end procurement services on construction and construction-services-related projects and programmes;   Developing and implementing procurement strategies and plans;  Engaging with the market and supply chain on a national and international level;  Providing expertise to embed sustainability within procurement competitions; and  Drafting tender documents and reviewing contract documents prepared by others.
Qualifications Minimum 8 years’ experience with 3 years procurement experience for the procurement of capital works, goods or services; and  Preferably possess degree related to engineering or quantity surveying  Experience in construction, industrial, high tech manufacturing, battery, semi-conductors, pharma and/or manufacturing sector.
