PROCUREMENT PROJECT MANAGER

HORSE is a leading company in the automotive sector dedicated to the development, production, and supply of internal combustion engines, full hybrids, and plug-in hybrids. Our main objective is to reinvent combustion and lead low-emission propulsion solutions.We are looking for a Procurement Project Manager for Powertrain (PPM-PWT) – Mass Production to ensure the achievement of Quality, Cost, and Planning (QCD) objectives. This role involves functional management of local procurement teams across Europe, managing project milestones, and leveraging cross-functional experience with various departments.Your responsibilities will include:Setting and managing QCD annual objectivesSupport target settings for QCD objectives of Powertrain Bought Out Parts (BOPs).Achieve yearly QCD objectives for Powertrain BOPs.Take necessary measures to achieve project QCD objectives, alerting and submitting for arbitration if needed.Participate in the QCD coordination of the project Powertrain/component.Mass Production ManagementSecure suppliers’ capacity supply towards Official Demand for Powertrain and Mid Term Plan.Support Clean Team activity for supply securitization (former NISSAN parts).Support major project decisions (technical changes, regulations, etc.).Release every RGP Quality assessment at Quality Project milestones.Maintain efficient communication within the company and the International Procurement department network.Alert and submit for arbitration processes at the appropriate level within the Project Department and RGP.Action plans management and monitoringIdentify QCD risks for the project proactively and implement action plans in collaboration with the extended Project Team, Quality, and Development Departments of the Suppliers and the SAM/RSPM.Capitalize and secure history/knowledge (Procurement files) on the Powertrain project.What we are looking for:Strong skills to link with all counterparts.Internal negotiation skills.Business-oriented and constructive mindset to promote solutions.Ability to alert when necessary.Responsibility for QCD statements at any time (global/detailed economic picture).Agility to manage complex situations/crises (e.g., shortages).Ability to manage supplier topics in front office, if needed.Skills we expect from you:Experience in managing QCD targets for Bought Out Parts (BOP) in mass production.Ability to support and achieve QCD objectives for Powertrain components.Proficiency in managing supplier capacity and supporting major project decisions.Strong communication skills to maintain efficient communication within the company and with international procurement networks.Proactive in identifying and managing QCD risks and implementing action plans.What we offer:Permanent contract.Relocation package.Around 10% variable salary.Remote work (Hybrid Mode) and Flexible Hours.Internal training plans.Professional growth.Ideal situation to participate in the best automotive projects worldwide.Life and accident insurance.If you believe your professional experience and motivation align with the requirements of this role, do not hesitate to apply and submit your application.
