Lead and manage the design team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality output from the design team.
Establish and maintain our creative vision, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand image across all touchpoints.
Work collaboratively with teams across Product, Marketing, Communications, and other departments to deliver high-impact brand materials and assets.
Oversee the design process, from brainstorming sessions and sketches to the final delivery of assets, ensuring all designs align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Stay updated with industry trends and tools, incorporating innovative design practices and technologies to keep our visual content fresh and cutting-edge.
What experience you’ll need:
Proven experience in a design leadership role, preferably in the web3 industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Experience working within an established design system
Proactive and results-driven mindset with a commitment to driving design excellence.
Familiarity with design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
