PRODUCT DESIGNER

Turn your creativity into an unforgettable user experience!Duration: 15-month contract, with the possibility of extensionLocation: Hybrid remote in Copenhagen – minimum 3 days per week in the officeExperience Level: 1-2 years in a similar roleWe are looking for a self-starting Product Designer who can make our user-friendly Workforce Management solution even easier to use. You will shape the flow, look, and feel of the product, creating useful and eye-catching features that both meet customer needs and help drive business success.You will collaborate with the Product Design team in creating mock-ups, aiding with specifications, and reviewing new features to ensure the continuity of the product vision.You enjoy receiving feedback on your design work and seek to find the best solutions for the product, the customers, and the company. You have an innate ability to put yourself in the user’s shoes, create an amazing user experience, and communicate the implications for the product to your colleagues in Product Development. What you will do:
Building and maintaining a design system for developers
Illustrating design ideas using wireframes and prototypes
Designing graphic user interface elements, such as menus, buttons, and tabs
Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes for specifications illustrating how features work
Analysing customer psychology and their journey through our solution
Gathering, understanding, and evaluating customer feedback in collaboration with the rest of the team
Reviewing design ideas from Project Consultants and other colleagues
You are an ideal fit if you have:
A bachelor’s degree in digital design, or another relevant field
At least 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar position
Experience with Figma or Sketch
A high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English
