PRODUCT DESIGNER - MOBILE APPS

Team Overview:You will be joining Luzia, the fastest-growing AI company in Europe, is looking for a highly skilled and action-oriented Product Designer. You will design intuitive, visually engaging interfaces specifically for native platforms, leveraging native code to create seamless, responsive user experiences. Your work will directly impact the look and feel of our mobile applications, making deep platform knowledge essential. Responsibilities:Hands-on Design: Take ownership of the end-to-end design process for our app, from concept to launch.UI Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand aesthetics and usability standards.UX Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes to illustrate design ideas and facilitate feedback.Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure feasibility and seamless integration of designs.Iterative Improvement: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.Qualifications:Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design skills, particularly in designing apps.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and Design Systems, and familiarity with data tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel. App experience for native development in Android and iOS. User-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with a proven track record of translating user insights into intuitive and compelling designs.Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, communicate design concepts clearly, and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance user needs, business requirements, and technological constraints.Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities may shift, and roles may evolve.Bonus Skills:Experience with AI-driven products or conversational interfaces.Experience with motion design and animation principles.Experience creating custom illustrations.
