r What You"ll Do.
As a Product Enablement Project Manager, you will drive efficiency, alignment, and collaboration across teams involved in Criteoâs product development lifecycle.
Your mission is to define, implement, and optimise frameworks, processes, and tools that streamline product execution from strategy to market rollout.
You key responsibilities will be.
⢠Enhance Product Frameworks & Processes.
Define and improve methodologies for business cases, product requirements, and roadmap planning, ensuring alignment across Product, R&D, Business, and GTM teams.
⢠Own Product Knowledge & Documentation.
Maintain up-to-date strategy, roadmap, and process documentation, making key information easily accessible.
⢠Optimise Collaboration & Tooling.
Administer and improve JIRA workflows, dashboards, and governance structures to enhance visibility and execution across teams.
⢠Drive Continuous Improvement.
Identify and implement best practices to improve product operations, execution speed, and decision-making.
Why does this role matter? You will not be a traditional project manager but a strategic enabler, ensuring that Criteoâs product teams operate with clarity, efficiency, and impact in a fast-paced environment.
You will be part of Criteoâs Product Operations & Strategy team, which drives the companyâs most strategic product initiatives.
The team has four main missions.
1.
Lead Product Strategic Planning â Support senior stakeholders in defining Criteoâs long-term product strategy and roadmap.
2.
Act as Project Management Partners â Ensure governance, risk tracking, and execution across product solutions.
3.
Drive Strategic Product Initiatives â Lead high-impact, innovative product programs.
4.
Streamline Collaboration & Execution â Optimise frameworks, processes, and tools for cross-functional teams.
Your role focuses specifically on Point 4, ensuring product teams have the best methodologies, documentation, and tools to succeed.
Who You Are.
At least 3 years of experience in Consulting, Product, Program Management, Operations, Go-To-Market or Transformation functions in a Fast-paced environment.
Top performer able to navigate within complexity, work with passion, set high standards for you and your peers.
A strategic thinker/problem-solver/facilitator with exceptional organisation and communication skills, comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel.
Humility, team player and willingness to learn.
Experience in AdTech and/or Product Management is a plus but not mandatory.
Fluent in English; French is a plus but not mandatory.
