Are an experienced Product Manager with technical aptitude and a sales mindset Have experience in the Aerospace, Automotive and/or Electronica space Currently function as a Product Manager in the tooling/consumable space   What you will be doing in this role.
Strategic Planning.
Develop and execute annual business plans and strategies for multiple product lines, ensuring alignment with divisional goals and objectives.
Market Analysis.
Conduct in-depth analysis to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape for assigned product lines.
Product Development.
Collaborate with R&D to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation, overseeing the development and launch of new products.
Forecasting.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to resource planning for R&D initiatives.
Market Expansion.
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive business growth and expansion.
Project Management.

Lead cross-functional teams in new market development projects, guiding commercialization efforts for emerging product technologies.
Technical Support.
Serve as a technical expert, supporting product engineering teams and addressing customer inquiries to ensure alignment between customer needs and company capabilities.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in Product/Market Management or Sales/Marketing Management.
Strong understanding of finance, costing, and R&D functions.
Advanced technical knowledge and expertise in product applications, technology, and design.
Proven track record of driving product profitability and market success.
