\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0- Understand the underlying problem to be solved when gathering requirements.
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0- Interview customers to empathize and deeply understand how to create value for them.
Prioritize \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0- Own and positively impact acquisition, retention, satisfaction and growth for our neobank product.
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0- Manage a backlog for the Technology team accordingly.
Collaborate \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0- Work with the design team to gather insights from our users \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0- Refine and break down your user stories with the Technology team.
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0- Connect with vendors and 3rd parties to clarify integration requirements.
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0- Sign off on implemented features and get sign off from key stakeholders as well.
Communicate \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0- Write detailed user stories to enable asynchronous work.
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0- Keep track of items while in the development cycle, and follow up to keep them moving forward.
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0- Manage internal stakeholder expectations and clarify when things are already covered by another initiative, or if what's being requested does not align with the strategy.
Requirements You are fluent in English and have good communication skills.
You have 5 or more years of experience working in a product position for a software company.
Bonus points if you have B2C fintech, wallet or neobank experience.
You're highly skilled on one of these three areas.
Data Analytics, User Experience Design or Web Development.
You are resourceful and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty setting up automations, playing with code or creating mockups.
You are curious, especially about what drives people to behave in a certain way, and what goes into their decision-making process.
You are inquisitive and a critical thinker.
You have the ability to articulate the \"why\" behind your product decisions clearly and leverage data to get buy in from key stakeholders.
You have shipped products to users and comprehend what makes a good product.
You can wear many hats, and understand the whole product and how its pieces interact.
You have experience with the tools in our stack (or comparable), like Branch, Segment, Amplitude, Iterable, etc.
You're always trying new apps, you probably have a lot of them in your phone and can distinguish what a good user experience is.
You understand how to track user behavior.
what events should be tracked, how it should be structured, and the taxonomies that should be applied.
