rekksoft is hiring a full remote, Product Owner.
s the Product Owner at TrekkSoft you'll play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our product in close collaboration with management, engineering and other stakeholders.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring consistent value delivery to the customer base.
The position also involves line managing the product and engineering team.
Key qualifications include problem solving, roadmapping, and prioritization skills, strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
If you have a strong background in product lifecycle theories and (agile) methodologies, and the skill and passion to implement them on a live product, then we would be excited to hear from you!Key responsibilities.
Define and develop the product vision, strategy and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the company's strategic objectives and business priorities.
Own, maintain and prioritize the product and sprint backlogs, including writing user stories, estimating effort, and defining acceptance criteria as part of the SCRUM team.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, ensuring high-quality releases.
Work closely with the engineering team and other stakeholders to strike a balance between maintaining a mature, stable product and being competitive in a tight market.
Conduct market analysis and user research to identify trends, pain points and opportunities for creating value for our customers.
Utilize data and analytics to drive product and business decisions.
Ensure efficient communication and coordination between engineering, sales and operations.
Line management of the product & engineering team.
