Therefore, being a NEXTER means that your career and talent become meaningful to you and those around you, allowing you to build what matters most to you and reach your next level.We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team for a multinational leader in SaaS solutions.🔍Key Responsibilities:• Participate in feature scoping and definition. • Execute Scrum Agile as Product Owner. • Responsible for defining and sizing work items with help from the engineering team. • Remove roadblocks from team members by working across the organization. • Help guide technical implementation decisions to follow the platform's architectural vision. • Work with stakeholders outside of Platform and Services team to understand and document requirements. • Update Jira tickets and corresponding Confluence pages that document the work performed. • Work on multiple products being delivered simultaneously. • Maintain a customer-focused mindset for delivering a product that is centered around a great customer experience. • Constantly look for ways to increase the team's velocity/productivity by eliminating waste. 🛠️Skills: Essential: • Minimum of 5 years of software development experience as a PO with SaaS solutions, preferably HRIS business products: Workday mandatory, Phenom would be a plus. • Experience with peer leadership roles such as product owner, scrum master, release engineer, quality lead, etc. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Software programming experience. • Ability to quickly learn and apply new skills with minimal supervision. • Familiar with using Agile software development approaches within sequential delivery or regulated industries. • Fluent in English (minimum C1).Desirable: • Experience in Agile Methodologies and JIRA. 👉 Job Conditions & Benefits: • 📜 Permanent contract. • 💰 Competitive salary. • 💻 Hybrid Work mode. • 🎓 Professional Development: Access to an annual budget dedicated to advancing your skills through professional certifications.•⏰ Flexible working hours • 🎉 Team-building and volunteering events•🏆 Referral ProgramJoin our expert team, where creativity, commitment, and the ability to bring new perspectives are essential to make a difference in a world full of opportunities.🚀 Are you ready for your NEXT LEVEL?In Lognext we are committed to equality between women and men and as proof of this we have a registered and published Lognext Equality Plan.
