BettingJobs are excited to be working with a growing online B2B sportsbook who is currently seeking a Product Owner to join their Barcelona based team. As a Product Owner you will work closely with stakeholders, development and UI/UX teams and guide them through all stages of product development, maintaining the boarder product vision. The Product Owner position would be well suited to an individual with proven experience in product development who has a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and is eager to develop their career in the iGaming industry. Responsibilities:Work with prospective users, business partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements. Communicate and maintain the product vision throughout the development process, ensuring all teams align with the goal. Develop a cohesive product roadmap based on the product vision and ensure that milestones are met. Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, adapting to changing requirements and ensuring the most important tasks are addressed. Manage the design and development phases, ensuring the team meets deadlines and objectives. Evaluate product progress at each stage, from concept to release, ensuring quality and consistency. Work with the development team to deliver updates, status reports, and participate in product sprints. Regularly participate in team meetings, sprints, and cross-functional discussions to ensure clarity and alignment. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Computer and Information Science required; Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in product development, ideally within the iGaming industry. Hands-on experience using JIRA for backlog management and sprint planning. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and familiarity with development cycles. Excellent communication skills to effectively relay product vision and progress to stakeholders and teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work in a dynamic environment. Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with development, UX/UI, and product management teams. Analytical skills to evaluate progress, performance, and the success of product features. Experience with product roadmaps and ensuring alignment with long-term goals.
