PRODUCT OWNER (MARTECH PLATFORMS MANAGER)

In this role, your role is pivotal in driving the strategic integration and utilisation of multiple B2B marketing technology platforms within the Vodafone Business team and OpCos where Group supported systems are being used.
You will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between technology, platform providers and the business, ensuring these platforms are operationalised, functional and optimally leveraged to meet business objectives.
In addition to the operational aspect, this role extends to Product Ownership, where you will act as the business change lead for applicable platforms, for example, the Group Business website.
This involves owning the product backlog, defining, and prioritising platform needs features and user stories, working as part of the relevant delivery process to ensure timely implementation and signoff is achieved.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across business, technology teams, and other relevant teams to gather requirements, prioritise initiatives and translate them into actional tasks for the change management teams.
What you’ll do.
Platform Management.
Oversee the evaluation, selection, implementation and optimisation of MarTech Product Ownership.
Own multiple platforms as products and be the advocate for solutions, ensure business readiness to maximise adoption & efficiency Stakeholder Collaboration.
Collaborate with stakeholders from marketing, technology, and other relevant teams to gather requirements, prioritise initiatives and ensure alignment to business objectives.
Vendor Management.
Manage relationships with Martech platform vendors, providing business input at times of contract negotiations, service level agreements and evaluating new technologies or features to enhance platform capabilities.
Performance Analysis.
Monitor and analyse the performance of Martech platforms, utilising data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimisation, improvement, and innovation, driving greater ROI and effectiveness in marketing campaigns What you’ll bring to the team.
Understanding of marketing technology platforms, including Web, Social and Marketing Automation tools and eco-systems Proven experience in product ownership, including backlog management and prioritisation based on business value and needs.
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively, facilitating collaboration between marketing and applicable delivery teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels within the business.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality constraints, while also adapting to changing priorities and needs.
Proven experience in vendor management, including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and strategic partnership development to maximise value from Martech investments In return we provide you with.
