PRODUCTION - Reassessment of all pre-existing conditions with suppliers and manufacturers (renegotiating terms, buffer of tolerance, pricing, faulty rates, payments terms) - Optimization of the entire production process - Managing production planning activities and production calendar according to company deadlines - Supervising scouting process of new vendors and manufacturers - Procurement.
supervising placement and purchase order entry process to manufactures - Negotiate pricing and marginality review according to company benchmark - Overseeing Quality control activities - Budgeting and cost monitoring activities R&D - Supervising Prototypes, production follow ups + technical sheets - Supervising fulfillment of all samples orders, pre-production schedules, technical specifics - construction and fit to sign off - Responsible for fit and product trials - Budgeting and cost monitoring activities SUPPLY CHAIN - Responsible for traceability of production processes.
