Jump in and join the ride! The Production Manager is one of the most crucial roles in our organization.
To build our modern and sustainable operation in Slovakia, we are now actively looking for professionals who can help us to achieve that goal and set up running production, through their hands-on leadership experience from a similar production environment.
This role is out for numerous Shops represented in our future operation.
You could therefore be considered for one or more openings depending on your profile (Stamping, Mega-Casting, Propulsion, Final Assembly, Body in White, Paint Shop etc.).

•    Manage and optimize a specific area of our manufacturing process •    Plan, direct, and coordinate resources to meet cost, quality, and quantity specifications •    Ensure products and processes meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Environmental standards •    Support and coach Supervisors and teams to achieve targets •    Operate according to company compliance standards (BMS, VCMS, ISO ) •    Recognize achievements and handle people management issues •    Lead and coordinate resources to cover absenteeism   Basic Skills Needed.

Focuses on continuous improvement   Monthly gross salary for this position starts at EUR.
The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job.
Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
In addition to the monthly salary, there is also a 13th salary paid in an aliquot amount and a performance bonus depending on the company's financial results and individual performance.
