A Recoder is a technology enthusiast, the key to our success, the key to our strength!We are currently looking for a Project Manager (Pharma) to join us for a project with one of our clients in a remote capacityWhat do you need to be part of this project?- Languages needed: English,- English level required: Advanced (C1)Project context:Lead and deliver cross-functional, end to end initiatives contributing to sales growth and product sustainability in line with the Company innovation ambition.Lead initiatives to reduce overall product waste with more eco-friendly packaging.Experience in project management and innovation (5/7+ years).Experience Consumer Business.Agile methodologies and lean start-up approach.Manufacturing, R&D or Regulatory experience.Key Working Relationships:Cross functional project teams with local and/or regional and/or global project representative(s) from support functions (Regulatory, Medical, Manufacturing & Supply, Marketing, CMI, Market Access, Public Affairs, Finance, Legal, Science hub, Business Development, others)Portfolio ManagementPM Community for PM Standards and best practicesProject GovernanceRegional Science Innovation Head and TeamR&D Team incl. Open InnovationLocal Innovation Lead (Growth Hub)External PartneringObjectives:Define and execute the project strategy in alignment with the functional partnersLead cross functional Project TeamsDeliver projects in Time, Scope, and BudgetDrive all critical aspects of the project: scope, schedules, risks mitigation, budget & resourcesLead kick off, workshops and regular meetings to drive effective project executionStructures team discussions and drive timely decision making within the teamRepresent the project team in global/regional governance and project/portfolio reviews.Proactively communicate project status to key stakeholders.Provides Project Reporting and KPIs as requiredResponsible to maintain Project- and Portfolio-Management-Systems: data entry, update and accuracy.Conducts after action reviews and continues process improvementsApply & Share best practicesAre you ready for this challenge?
