PROPERTY VALUATION ANALYST

POSITIONRoc360 is seeking a skilled real estate professional with a solid background in the real estate lending industry to join our team as a Valuation Analyst. The position will be based out of our Madrid office, located at Calle de Principe de Vergara 112, Madrid 28002. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of success as a property valuation analyst or appraisal review specialist, with the expertise needed to support and contribute to our Property Valuations team.As a Property Valuation Analyst, you will play a vital role in the success of Roc360’s Property Underwriting team. This position offers the chance to be an integral part of a growing and dynamic company, collaborating with other real estate professionals to ensure accurate and reliable underwriting practices. RESPONSIBILITIESAssess as-is and as-repaired value of residential real estate properties, taking into consideration regional market trends, borrower’s rehab project, zoning and comparable propertiesUse appropriate property valuation techniques and evaluate realistic exit strategies outlined by the borrowers.Present both verbal and written analyses of property value and make recommendations to the underwriting team on complex valuation issues.Conduct specialized reviews on closed loans and repurchase requests, providing professional assessments of property valuesChallenge and rebut third-party property valuations when necessaryResearch and verify subject property and comparable data using online sources Manage and coordinate communications with third-party valuation/appraisal service providers and auditors throughout the valuation process.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree and aboveRelevant experience in residential real estate valuations Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and execution skillsHighly motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to work in a fast-paced and fluid environmentTeam-oriented and highly collaborative personality The role will be 100% in English
