PUBLIC TENDER & LITIGATION COUNSEL (M/F/D)

¿Qué harás? - You are the legal support primarily for Linde Homecare activities in Spain, possibly also abroad - Additional legal advice on healthcare specific legal requirements of other parts of the Linde business - Close interaction with Linde internal Homecare/Healthcare management/clients on exciting public tenders and related legal proceedings - Hands-on teamwork within Linde Global Law Department, mainly the REW Homecare Healthcare counsel Germany Switzerland, the EMEA Senior Counsel Healthcare, EMEA Compliance and the Head of Legal REW - Reporting to and sparring with BU Homecare Management and Regional Head of Legal - Legal risk management and development of related solutions, both upon request and proactively, including management of external counsel involvement - Discretionary handling of pre-existing and new matters as interim, possibly long term coverage/complementation in the Region Europe West team - You will actively participate in the processes of digitalization and task automation, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation ¿A quién buscamos? - You have a University degree in law (inhouse) counsel in Spain - Good knowledge of local healthcare, public tender and regulatory laws relevant for the homecare and hospital care business - Additional qualifications abroad, experience on healthcare related litigations/transactions or with another gases and/or engineering company as a plus - At least 5 years’ post qualification experience as a healthcare lawyer (or similar), ideally including as in-house counsel or from within law firms with relevant specifications - You are fluent in English and Spanish.
