PV CONSTRUCTION ASSOCIATE

We value local expertise and empower our partners, counting already with business presence in 16 countries (Europe & North America).Greenvolt Power is seeking a PV Construction Associate to ensure the correct construction of our projects across Europe. You will actively participate in the design supervision and development of large-scale renewable energy projects, primarily solar PV with electrical infrastructures.Key accountabilitiesCollaborate in the tendering processes (RFQ/RFP) in technical requirements, contract discussions.Good understanding of project design drawings and able to participate in discussions with internal staff and BOS Contractors.Supervises the quality of services and products provided by external suppliersSupport in the definition, preparation and control the documentation to be able to start timely a construction of the renewable energy projectSupport Procurement to prepare technical documentation and scope for bidding procedure for external suppliersSchedules project steps and works to achieve the most efficient, timely and cost effective construction of photovoltaic plantSupervise and control that during the construction phase the Building Permit requirements are respected.Reports project status, recommends solutions and informs about potential risks to the BoardManages and supervises payments approvals and proper documentation preparation to obtain use permit accordingly to project planCoordinates information flow between the Company and public institutions e.g.: Municipality, Commune and Public Institutions in project scope and on behalf of SPVCoordinates internal information flow within Development Team, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, Tax, HSE & QualityCost control and schedule during construction phaseQualificationsUniversity degree in Engineering or related is required. Minimum 7 years of experience in Renewable Energy projects mainly from PV and wind farm (Utility scale) construction Experience in working with Auto CAD, MS Project, MS Office Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Proactivity, autonomy and strong capability to anticipate and capability solutions Leadership, teamwork and reporting skills Availability to travel around Europe, in all areas where projects are.
