• Preparing the Project Quality Policy, the Quality Plan/s and the applicable quality procedures.
• Managing Quality audits at Home Office.
• Monitoring Non-Conformities and related actions until their closure in Home Office.
• Checking Requisitions for Inquiry (RFI) and Purchase (RFP).
• Providing Quality training in Projects.
• Preparing KPI reports and dashboard preparation • Issuing Quality Reports as applicable (internally and/or to Client).
• Follow up on ISO implementation activities and keep all records and information updated Coordinating Corporate trainings for staff,support HHRR for training activities Requisitos Technical Skills (including years of experience if need be) Desirable/Essential • Fluent in oral and written English.
Essential • At least 2 years of experience in Quality Management Systems Essential • Experience in Oil&Gas Projects Desirable • Coordination skills to deal on daily basis with our teams in different offices Essential • General end user computer skills i.

MS Access/Excel/Word, Adobe Professional.
Desirable • University/College Degree, preferably related fields or equivalent relevant experience.
