QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM METHODS AND TOOLS ENGINEER

The Quality Systems Engineer will lead and coordinate IATF Certification, internal and external audit, KPIs management and reporting, SAP key user for Quality Module.
The QSE will coordinate and implement global Quality improvement projects regarding quality methods and tools across all functions, regions and markets, with strong cooperation with other teams and departments, ensuring continuous validity of company required certification and standards.
Your Contribution   Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality System, and the alignment in the system between IATF , ISO , ISO , ISO and TISAX.
Promote the Quality Management System and create/support a process driven development culture.
Improve the QMS by conducting internal assessments with process owners and coordinators.
Maintain and ensuring the alignment between Product Development Process and QMS elements.
Coordinates internal and external IATF system audits and manage, support and maintain the internal annual audit plan.
Follow up on improvement plans and ensure actions are implemented as planned.
Coordinates activities of the QMS review, and report status of them.
Alignment of business process KPIs and follow up improvement actions (PDCA).
Coaches and support other employees in the use of methods and tools to deliver continuous improvements and quality awareness.
Facilitates quick and thorough implementation of Leassons Learned.
Support the organization in deployment of new required tools (ERP, PLM).
Actively participate in the promotion and compliance with the company's sustainability and environmental care policies, contributing to the responsible use of resources and minimization of environmental impact.
Your Experience & Qualifications   Degree in University, preferably in Engineering.
Good English communication skills.
2-4 years in a similar role in automotive sector, in Auality System area.
IATF / ISO /VDA Certiciation.
QMS knowledge.
Quality tools, ESD requirements.
Problem solving actitude.
Environmental norms/ HSE norms appreciated.
SAP and MS Office.
Experience in automotive standards (VDA, AIAG) and automotive core tools (APQP, CP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
