What you’ll do: As Quality Manager you will: Planning, directing, managing, organizing, monitoring, and controlling the work of the Quality Department.Preparing the budget, monitoring and controlling it; taking responsibility for all the tasks of the Quality Department, including being directly involved in its execution, such as monitoring and controlling the Company's Quality and Environment System, according to ISO 9001 and ISO14001 standards, analyzing its evolution, indices, incidents, claims, proposals for improvement, adapting it to the necessary corrective and preventive measures.Approve the Company's Quality and Environment System, according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.Approve the objectives and indicators of the Quality and Environment System.Make the Quality and Environment Policy and System available to all staff and motivate them to comply with it.Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards.Promote a Quality culture within the Organization and support for continual improvement.Manage internal and external quality audits.Responsibility for quality compliance, such as “Ensure supply chain partners conform to engineering specifications through audit and inspection.”Support the organization in getting the ISO certifications (e.g., 9001, 14001) and maintain the same by performing all actions and arrangements needed to keep the certification.Develop training and awareness plans for Quality requirements.Implement procedures to control and audit Quality processes and systems.Develop and maintain procedures to improve Quality performance and competence.Establish objectives and action plans to achieve results.Prepare reports on Quality performance and present them to stakeholders.Provide advice and information to other departments and members of the company on Quality issues and other duties as assigned.Help create a reporting and KPI in Quality for the region. Responsibility for Team Management and People Management The qualifications you must have: Bachelor´s degree+5 years of experience in a similar position.Fluent in EnglishExtensive knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.The ability to confidently communicate at all levels and clearly deliver information.A strong teamwork ethic with the ability to build strategic working relationships.Experience of working in an international environment with an international mindsetThe capacity to lead projects with the ability to manage relationships, build consensus, and resolve conflict.
