As a Business Development Consultant / Headhunter, you take part in the further, international success of our dynamic consulting boutique.Sales, recruiting and personnel placement - versatile tasks with responsibility:As a convincing Business Development Consultant / Headhunter, you qualify vacancies with existing customers and expand your own strong network - by phone, MS Teams and on-site at customers' premisesYou will be responsible for the entire business development & sales process, from account management to maintain existing business relationsYou will present suitable candidates, create effective job advertisements, interview candidates/clients and keep in touch with them to provide them with a great candidate/customer experience and build your talent/client poolYou manage the entire process from matching candidates and clients, through contract negotiations, to hiringYou will continually nurture and grow meaningful relationships with new and existing client, analyse the market and share recruiting trends with your clientsAs a dedicated team player, you work closely with your colleagues for optimal cross-sellingSuccess-oriented sales/recruiting Rockstar?
