Position: Key Account Manager White Goods (MDA)About the role & personWe are a multinational manufacturer and distribuitor of a recognised Spanish brand in major domestic appliances (MDA), searching for an exprienced Key Account Manager to establish and develop the clients in white goods.You would be responsible for identifying and leading the cooperation with the key retailers.The successful candidate should be extremely optimistic, creative and self-motivated, have an open-minded and flexible way of thinking and acting, looking to work with our internal and external partners in a very collaborative way to drive growth and mutually viable partnerships.Responsibilities: Achieving sales targets in line with the company strategy.Effectively managing investments & pricing strategy execution in the channel to ensure expected profitability and achieve business goals.Working with our existing white goods partners to grow the share of sales in their businessDeveloping medium to long-range sales and marketing plans and preparing strategies to develop business with the defined group of customers.Work with partners to drive brand awareness through brand marketing campaigns and activity, working within the budgets allocated to deliver an agreed ROI.Enabling mutual growth through strategic partnership and superior customer experience (joint business planning), leading & supporting the negotiation process.Identify new partners, both independent and retail, to partner with and establish the brand in their points of sales.Coordinating sales activities and resolving specific problems to ensure customers receive high quality service.Work closely with the product management team on range selection and product forecasting, as well as new product listings and initiatives launches.Cooperating with other departments: Marketing, Trade Marketing, Logistics and Finance, being a part of a cross functional team.Broadening the business opportunities by investigating and developing, as appropriate, all options for route to market, analysing consumer behavior and trends.Cooperating with the independant sales representatives (Sales Agents) in order to achieve the goals and strategies of the managed channel in particular districts.Managing the team of sales representatives and ensuring the knowledge transfer and development of competencies within the team.Requierements:Previous experience working with white goods is required (at least 3 years)Demonstrate an optimistic and creative mentality with strong leadership, motivation and goal orientedAble to demonstrate excellent numerical and analytical skillsAbility to maintain relationships at all levels within the business and our customer baseExcellent PC skills with good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & OutlookProven ability to exceed sales and profitability targets, great communication and presentation skills, negotiation and analytical skillsAvailability for travel (occasionally within Europe, mostly within Spain)Category B Driver's License requiredLanguages: Native Spanish and Intermediate-to-fluid EnglishWe Offer:Being part of a developing multinational European company with a positive industry reputation, who is a recognized in the market of white goods.Competitive salary and bonus opportunities with excellent benefits, including company car or its equivalent.Flexible location, possibility of hybrid work in Madrid (8 days a month of remote work).Excellent working space in a modern business park in Madrid with canteen and gym on site.Employment contract.
