Let’s get in touch 🚀What You’ll Be DoingAdvising the business on compliance requirements and related controlsDeveloping and implementing our compliance management system, particularly in relation to delivering compliant customer outcomesManaging the training programmeReviewing marketing communications and analysing complaints, which includes developing policies and procedures and carrying out outcomesReading large pieces of regulation and breaking down what's needed to be done and how it applies to the business modelWorking closely with global Regulatory Compliance Managers to ensure that local risk management frameworks and processes are aligned with global ones and deliver the intended outcomeIdentifying regulatory issues proactively and recommending remedies to promote complianceLiaising with key internal (e.g. Legal, Risk, BSA/AML officer, etc.) and external (e.g. regulators, advisors, vendors, partners, etc.) stakeholders as requiredCreating, assessing, and implementing policies from scratchWhat You'll NeedThe ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlinesKnowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis, policy creation and implementationExpertise with payments, prepaid cards, or depositsA solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business riskThe skills to communicate positively with members of various internal teams and regulatorsMulti-tasking abilities with close attention to detailTo demonstrate sound judgementImpeccable analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulatorKnowledge and experience in regulatory requirements relating to paymentsA willingness and passion to develop knowledge and expertise in other areas (e.g. crypto, privacy)Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
