Customer Support.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat providing timely and accurate assistance.
Account Management.
Manage and nurture relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Problem Resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues customers may face escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams.
Customer Onboarding.
Assist new clients with onboarding processes ensuring they understand how to use the companys products and services effectively.
Followup.
Conduct followup communication to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain ongoing relationships.
Feedback Management.
Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Requirements.
Language Skills.
Native Danish speaker with a strong command of English (B2C1).
Communication Skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
Customer Service.
Passion for helping customers and providing a high level of service.
ProblemSolving Skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Organizational Skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Team Player.
Ability to collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
