Medio Experiencia - Experimental skills and experience in the following techniques.
cell/tissue cultures, maintenance of human lymphoid cell lines, isolation and culture of human primary T cells, flow cytometry, functional and cytotoxicity assays with lymphocytes, cloning, Western blot, generation of lentiviral vectors, and murine xenograft models.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on lab experience in the above techniques.
- Proven ability to work with laboratory animals and a good understanding of relevant guidelines.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to a multidisciplinary team.
