RESTAURANT MANAGER - SPANISH RESTAURANT / CALIFORNIA - USA

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Floor Manager who excels in customer service and has a deep appreciation for Spanish cuisine. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of multitasking, solving problems swiftly during service, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will also know how to effectively manage the front-of-house team and create memorable dining experiences.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:• Maintain or exceed service levels and uphold the philosophy set by the restaurant's standards.• Collaborate closely with the culinary team to execute seamless dining experiences for all guests.• Ensure that all service times meet expectations for speed and efficiency, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.• Develop and implement restaurant strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed customer expectations.• Control labor costs and foster employee engagement.• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in accordance with local health department standards.• Train the front-of-house team to enhance their knowledge of the menu and their ability to upsell.• Create a positive atmosphere for guests, contributing to an enhanced overall dining experience.*Due to the VISA process, the candidate must hold Spanish PassportSupervisory Responsibility:This position oversees all front-of-house employees, ensuring their proper training, engagement, and satisfaction. The role requires dedication, long hours, and availability on weekends.
