Today, with 7 offices in Europe and point of sales in more than 20 European countries, Havaianas came to offer innovative and high quality products, through color, joy and a comfortable and sophisticated lifestyle.Purpose of the Role:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic DTC Retail Sr. Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our retail network, which includes 30 directly managed stores as well as the overall standards and performance of both owned and franchise stores. This role requires a proven track record in retail management, with strong expertise in sales optimization, operational excellence, and strategic leadership. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, ensure operational consistency, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the entire retail system.Responsibilities:1. Leadership and ManagementDirectly manage and oversee the performance of 30 owned retail stores, ensuring alignment with company objectives and operational standards.Provide strategic guidance and support to franchise partners, ensuring they adhere to brand standards and operational excellence.Lead, mentor, and develop store managers to achieve their individual store goals and overall company KPIs.Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess performance, compliance, and identify areas for improvement.2. Sales Performance and KPIsDevelop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all stores (owned and franchisee).Analyze sales data, market trends, and KPIs to identify opportunities to maximize sales and profitability.Establish sales targets and incentives for both owned and franchised stores, monitoring progress and providing actionable insights.Drive a culture of sales excellence, motivating store teams to exceed targets through effective coaching and training.3. Operational Standards and EfficiencyEnsure operational consistency and excellence across all retail stores by setting clear guidelines, SOPs, and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, merchandising, supply chain) to ensure a seamless and optimized customer experience.Lead initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency without compromising on customer service quality.Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and product assortment to meet customer demand while minimizing shrinkage.4. Continuous Improvement and InnovationChallenge the status quo by identifying areas for operational and sales improvements across the retail network.Implement innovative solutions to enhance the customer shopping experience, increase foot traffic, and boost conversion rates.Drive the adoption of new technologies, systems, and processes that can improve store operations and sales performance. Responsible for Omnichannel.Lead pilot programs for new initiatives, providing feedback and scalability recommendations.5. Franchisee Support and DevelopmentAssist the franchisee team, in addressing operational challenges, enhancing store performance, and meeting brand guidelines.Monitor franchise store performance, providing actionable feedback and guidance to improve their profitability.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years of experience in retail management, with a focus on multi-store operations, sales strategy, and retail performance optimization.Demonstrated expertise in sales growth, KPI management, and operational efficiency within the retail sector.Proven experience in leading teams, managing P&L, and driving revenue growth across multiple locations.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and implement actionable strategies.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.Advanced English is mandatory.Experience in franchise management and support is highly desirable.Skills & CompetenciesSales Expertise: Strong knowledge of sales techniques, retail metrics, and performance-driven strategies.Operational Excellence: Ability to establish, monitor, and maintain high operational standards across multiple locations.Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams across different regions.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges, think critically, and implement effective solutions.Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer needs and commitment to delivering exceptional service.Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.This role is perfect for a results-driven individual with a passion for retail, sales growth, and operational excellence.
