RITA - Execution ManagerLocalización: MADRIDIncorporación: ASAPSenior Manager – Project Management and Strategy - is needed to join the Data area of the Banking Domain for Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) to take part of the transformation of the IT ecosystem in this area. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical topics regarding data processing, data warehousing and data analysis in order to support the growth and optimization of the Lending Business in the Santander CIB Area. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Management and Strategy Manager to lead critical projects and drive strategic initiatives within our organization. This role will require strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects in Data AreaCollaborate with senior leadership to define project goals, scope, and deliverablesDevelop and manage project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.Identify, track, and manage project dependencies to minimize risks and ensure seamless project execution.Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Analyze project performance and metrics, making recommendations for continuous improvement.Manage cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.Prepare and present project status updates to stakeholders, including senior management.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the project team.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 8 years of managerial experience, with a focus on strategic initiatives.Proven experience in leading complex projects and/or managing cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Experience in roadmap and dependencies management within project frameworks.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Hands-on experience in Santander CIB structures, using Santander specific methodologies and ways of work.High English level
