The challengeAs a company, Trackingplan's objective is to help ensure marketing data quality and best data quality practices for our customer companies.Currently, our product helps mostly digital marketing agencies and large companies that carry out online transactions (fashion e-commerce, insurance companies, banks, publishers, etc.) to deal with the complexity of their digital analytics: different technologies, internal teams supported by external providers both in the development as in analytics, continuous online marketing campaigns, the need to report to management and data that is not completely reliable.We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to close opportunities in Europe and America. By joining the sales team, you will report to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The perfect person will combine sales experience with a knack for understanding user needs and improving time to market.We are a full remote company. We see each other in person once a quarter and we also take care of each other throughout the year.Coffee is for closersIn this dynamic role, you will be responsible for persuading prospects from the discovery meeting to closing the sale, as well as managing renewals and potential upsells/cross-sells.To do this, you will team up with a BDR who will provide you with new accounts and a product expert who will act as a pre-sales engineer for your accounts.Key responsibilitiesManage the sales cycle from discovery call to completion, taking the lead from inbound leads or those prospected by the BDR to closing deals.Prepare value-added presentations and pitches geared to the needs of each type of client and their use cases.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to secure long-term deals.Collaborate closely with the rest of the sales team and the product and marketing teams to align business messages and strategies.CRM Management : Record each progress in our CRM, optimizing the follow-up and sales strategy.You areTeam Player: You are open and thrive in team-oriented environments.Sales lover: Passion for the digital world and previous experience in B2B sales (ideally in marketing or SAAS software).Empathetic and active listener: Ability to connect with diverse profiles and adapt to the language of each group, empathize and persuade with them.Natural Negotiator: Ability to handle objections and negotiate agreements, with a results-oriented approach.Results-oriented and proactive in achieving lead generation objectives.Excellent communicator: orally and in writing, as well as knowing how to prepare documents/presentationsTool Proficiency: Familiarity with CRMs (we use Pipedrive) and sales tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo, Genesy.ai, Ampleamarket,...Marketing Collaboration: You've partnered with marketing teams, assisting in campaign implementation and tracking pixel measurement.Language Proficiency: Fluent in both spoken and written EnglishDon't be scared by this exhaustive list. It is not necessary to check all the points if you fit in the team.Extra awesomeTechnical Skills: You understand the intricacies of marketing data, performance campaigns or software development. Product Collaboration: You've played a role in product companies, providing feedback on positioning, market-fit, uncovered pains,...Language Skills: Apart from English and Spanish, fluency in an additional languageSalary70.000-85.000€/year OTEBenefitsTP's business hours are 9am to 5pm CET. We expect people to have notifications turned on during this time and schedule meetings preferably in this time window. Your working hours should overlap largely with the business hours, but this is NOT our timetable.
