As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our expanding team, focusing on the sales closing of the performance feature of our cutting-edge HR software, contributing to the growth of a newly established team dedicated to this strategic initiative.
hat will you be doing? The RoleResponsible for managing upselling opportunities for existing clients, and effectively developing the customer experience, throughout the execution of the sales cycle for one of our domains.
reate strong relationships with existing customers while focusing on account development through upselling and cross-selling.
dentify, navigate, and support clients throughout their decision-making process, across the whole sales cycle with existing customers to close the upsell opportunities.
reatively develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quota.
stablish and regularly conduct high-level negotiating with C-Suite and VP-Level Executives.
hink creatively and utilize consultative selling techniques to drive prospects throughout the sales process effectivelyProvide a reliable and accurate forecast of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership.
ollaborate daily with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership) to ensure we give the best service to our existing clients.
our Profile Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in closing deals.
