Specializing in robotics, the company has developed an innovative solution that enables robotic arms to adapt and learn to tackle the challenges of logistics environments.By addressing productivity, labor intensity, and turnover challenges, Illumo Robotics offers a robotic picking service capable of handling a wide variety of products (shapes, materials, etc.). Leveraging market-standard robots enhanced by AI modules, the technology empowers businesses to handle unknown items in real time and achieve unparalleled operational efficiency.After years of intensive research, incubation in leading innovation hubs in France and Silicon Valley, and a successful commercial launch in late 2022, Illumo Robotics is now in a phase of rapid growth, supported by a team of 10 dedicated professionals.The Role: What You’ll AchieveFaced with a significant influx of prospects and leads, managed until now directly by the CEO, this role aims to structure the commercial approach and optimize opportunity handling. Illumo Robotics is seeking someone with the drive and ambition to own their goals, take initiative, and thrive in a dynamic environment. A passion for technology, combined with curiosity and a proactive mindset, will be key to succeeding in this role. Success will depend as much on mindset as on skills—your ambition defines the limit.Key ChallengesDive deep into Illumo Robotics' proven methods, understanding the technology, client needs, and sales strategies to create lasting impact.Organize and carry out prospecting activities.Guide the client through the sales process.Ensure the closing of as many leads as possible in the coming months.Your Responsibilities:Own the sales process: Identify and engage with logistics providers and e-commerce players to build a strong pipeline.Stay curious: Continuously learn about the market and client needs to deliver impactful presentations that demonstrate how Illumo Robotics’ products address their operational challenges.Build strong relationships: Foster trust and ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and engagement.Close deals: Lead contract negotiations with confidence, securing agreements that reflect the strengths and value of Illumo Robotics’ offerings.Handle client issues professionally: Address client issues or complaints with efficiency, ensuring a positive experience and long-term loyalty.Collaborate effectively: Partner with internal teams—including Marketing, Customer Service, and Technical—to ensure seamless implementation and client success.Share insights and identify opportunities: Gather field data creatively to refine sales strategies, enhance product offerings, and uncover potential for upselling or cross-selling aligned with client needs.Your ProfileYou have a bachelor’s degree and at least 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in a startup or scale-up environment. Fluent in Spanish and proficient (C1) in EnglishTech-savvy and passionate about digital innovation, you’re curious about Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) and cutting-edge solutions. Key traits : You thrive on building connections, actively listening to clients, and delivering strategic, data-driven results. Resilient, ambitious, and proactive, you face challenges with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude.Self-motivated and open-minded, you’re eager to embrace change and contribute to constant improvements in processes, products, and culture.
