Prospect and identify new business opportunities in the assigned geographical areas or customer accounts.
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the assigned region or clients.
Prepare, submit, and track sales proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Manage customer complaints and ensure client satisfaction.
Provide support in the collection/payment process.
Prepare and deliver product presentations to customers.
Conduct high-level product demonstrations.
Attend industry trade shows and events to represent the company.
Required skills, experience and candidate profile:
Level – Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering)
Postgraduate education in Sales, International Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level).
Fluency in additional languages is highly valued.
Deep knowledge of the Defense Sector is highly desirable.
Experience preparing proposals for national and international public tenders is essential.
Experience preparing proposals for public funding programs, such as CDTI, Horizon2020, or EDF, is highly valued.
Over 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager (Sales Area Manager, Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager, etc.) in technology companies within the defense and/or aerospace industries.
