You will be responsible for managing the Sales Funnel, and manage a team of experienced professionals.Responsibilities:-Goal Setting: Set and monitor sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the sales team-Direct Sales: Actively engage in selling Hellotax’s tax software solutions, from identifying prospects to closing deals.-Opportunity Handling: Manage sales opportunities from start to finish, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and finalization of contracts.-Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and achievement of sales objectives.-Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to inform management and guide decision-making.Requirements:Years of Experience:5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role.Experience in tax software sales or related fields is highly preferred.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully leading a sales team.Technical Skills:CRM Software: Proficiency in using CRM platforms like Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics for managing customer relationships, tracking sales activities, and reporting.Data Analysis:Ability to analyze sales data using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to identify trends, forecast sales, and make data-driven decisions.Sales Tools:Experience with sales automation tools, lead generation software, and pipeline management systems.Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of software integration and cloud-based solutions, particularly in the context of tax software.Soft Skills and Competencies:Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly conveying ideas, strategies, and expectations to the team and stakeholders.Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly address challenges and obstacles that may arise in the sales process.Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating contracts and closing deals, with a focus on creating win-win outcomes for both the company and the client.Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Customer-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to tailor sales approaches to meet those needs, ensuring high customer satisfaction.Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the market, sales strategies, and technology, maintaining flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment.Languages:German: Fluent (Business Level) Must be able to conduct business negotiations, create reports, and communicate effectively in German.English: Fluent (Business Level) Required for internal communication, documentation, and interaction with international clients and partners.Additional Language (Preferred but Not Required):Spanish for engaging with Spanish-speaking clients, partners. Must be able to handle business communications, presentations, and negotiations in Spanish.Italian: Fluent (Business Level) While not a mandatory requirement, proficiency in Italian is a plus.
