As a part of the Sodexo Group, we are a leading global provider of comprehensive food, non-food services and hospitality solutions, delivering exceptional value and efficiency to clients across various industries.Today we are seeking to reinforce our sales force in Spain with a Sales manager dedicated to Barcelona area and reporting directly to the Spain Managing Director.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAs Sales Manager, you generate maximum profitable sales through the achievement of sales targets set for you by meeting the needs of prospects, within a defined geographical scope and in line with Entegra’s business strategy.Your duties include implementing the Entegra strategy and roadmap and in-country application plan in your area of responsibility and working closely with the Head of Spain and other department heads to ensure priorities are aligned.You must be focused and motivated on the growth and commercial success of Entegra in country and on the further development of the entire Entegra business.You are in active and permanent search for new opportunities to develop our client portfolio.Key Responsibilities:In lead generation & client retention, you will:Track your lead portfolio throughout the sales process: from pipeline creation to contract.Prepare and monitor progress on Sales strategy for each account.Oversee relationships with potential new and current clients and ensure the long-term sustainability of the business.Create a win-win-win approach between customers, suppliers/producers/manufacturers, and ourselves.Closely monitor the results of the operational performance indicators & KPIs of your area of responsibility and apply all necessary measures to maximize operational performance.Generate sales to achieve maximum profitability against annual sales targets.Identify potential targets in line with development strategy and set clear goals and maintain consistent direction for continual progress towards priorities.Analyse and understand the stakes of prospects to adapt our proposal to their specific needs.Be proactive, informed, and ahead of the curve on current trends within the industry.Maintain all existing and new customer data on our Salesforce CRM.Coordinate with Procurement and Analytics department to define the best proposal meeting prospect expectations.Support the Account Manager in the onboarding phase to ensure the success of the partnership.Establish and maintain effective communication links with other company departments to identify all sales opportunities.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning.In external representation, you will:Represent Entegra to suppliers, clients, and other external stakeholders, including major international customers.Establish and maintain effective formal and informal relationships with key individuals within Entegra and Sodexo, key decision makers on the client side and other stakeholders in general to share information and views and to ensure that the company provides the appropriate range and quality of services.Create and develop an extensive network of internal and external stakeholders to promote Entegra services.Participate in transversal communication actions (Trade show, internet, etc.…)Maintain an awareness of company products and services and of relevant sales techniques to ensure that the sales role is carried out as effective as possible.REQUIREMENTS: 2.5 Years experience in a sales role.Experience in Horeca (hotel, restaurant, catering) market with an established wide network within the industry.Fluent Spanish and very good in English (Business Fluent)Willingness to travel within the assigned area and within the country with flexible schedules to meet client needs and deadlines.Microsoft Office.Experience in Procurement and/or Procurement platform is a plus.LOCATION: Position is based in BarcelonaClosing Date is 5pm on 16 October 2024.
