The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B software sales, a strategic mindset, and proven success in driving growth within a technology or software-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to reach company revenue goals and expand market presence.Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and engage new business opportunities by generating qualified leads and cultivating long-term client relationships.Sales Team Creation/Management: Lead and mentor a growing sales team, providing training, goal-setting, and performance evaluation.Client Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos to potential clients, and lead contract negotiations to close deals.Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitors to refine our product positioning and sales approach.Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales efforts with company goals and customer needs.Required Skills and Qualifications5+ years of sales experience in the software industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical solutions.B2B sales expertise, particularly in managing large accounts or enterprise-level software sales.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Leadership experience: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret sales metrics, market data, and financial reports.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.Languages: Spanish, English, German, PortugueseWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and commission structure.Flexible work environment (hybrid or remote options).Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.A collaborative and innovative team culture.
