Serves as a Catalonia’s sales team leader, overseeing day-to-day commercial solutions and activities and focusing on the AMMEGA Commercial Excellence Program (CEP) and taking care for long-term interests of the business.Plays an important role in sales management. Pursues new business opportunities, cross selling activities and manages other functions such as Key Account development, aligning strategy and promoting synergies with cross functional teams.You will report to the Sales Manager, the leader of the SALES team.A day in the life of a BRANCH MANAGER can look like:Has overall accountability and ownership of our business.Interacts continuously with our Sales Teams, assigned customers and prospects, for the purpose of marketing, selling, evaluating performance, implementing commercial initiatives, negotiating agreements, identifying and supporting customer needs, etc.Maintains customer files and information in database.Taking corrective actions whenever necessary.Ensuring we successfully implement our annual strategic plan.Interfaces with Product Market Management, Central Product Line Management and supporting staff.Provides input on advertising, literature, and promotion materials.Recommends pricing programs to remain competitive.As summary: Interfaces with QA regarding any observed or reported quality/safety issues.
