The Sales Manager is responsible for the development and maintenance of B2B sales focused in Andalucía and Canarias and provides ongoing efforts and support for increasing sales for a wholesale worldwide consolidator of hotel accommodations and other travel services.Fluent in Spanish and English language. Must have experience in the B2B Travel Agencies sector.Key Responsibilities Travel industry experience and knowledge of business development with leisure and corporate travel agencies, tour operators, travel management companies and other B2B distribution companies.Proactively seek out new business opportunities.Reporting – regular internal communication with Regional Manager and/or Chief Sales Officer on accounts’ progress, trends, success/failures, and other aspect to drive business success.Manage and document account activity in CRM. Including review, create and convert new leads assigned.Create and execute sales plans that supports business growth.Travel to conduct client visits to review sales, update product, booking system training assistance to help grow the business.Travel and attend tradeshows, conferences, and other events to represent Go Global Travel.Provide destination and itinerary insight and expertise to assist clients in developing new product.Create presentations and train clients on products, services, and destinations offered.Support clients when needed with escalated customer service concerns and ensure a solution.Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity.Liaise with other departments and teams (including Accounting, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Product, IT, etc.) to provide the best product and service possible for clients.Other duties as directed by the Regional Manager and/or Chief Sales Officer. Qualifications5+ years B2B sales within the travel industryHotel and specialized product knowledgeKnowledge of wholesale hotel booking platforms and XML distribution technologyExcellent communication and presentation skillsAble to conduct professional business meetingsResults drivenStrong organizational skillsProfessional business acumenProfessional English written and spokenMust be authorized to reside and work in SevilleMust have a valid driver’s license
