Our client is a liquidity and technology provider of solutions for the crypto and foreign exchange (FX) industry. The company specializes in the sphere of B2B services and products, catering to a wide range of clients including large licensed brokers, crypto exchanges, crypto brokers, forex brokers, hedge and crypto funds, and professional managers. B2Broker’s advanced base of ready-to-use technical solutions enables brokers to save time and money on consuming infrastructure projects and focus on enlarging their client base and increasing their revenues.Requirements:Ability to quickly grasp technical knowledge of Crypto/IT products;Strong interest in the crypto industry with experience in Fintech or related sectors;A comprehensive understanding of financial markets, including FX, Metals, and CFD liquidity, is a plus;Experience in the full sales cycle, including prospecting, working with cold leads, prioritization, negotiations, and contract drafting;Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;Proven ability to identify and engage potential clients, including outreach to cold leads;Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for our products/services;Address customers' needs and concerns to offer tailored solutions;Build professional, trusting relationships with an active portfolio of clients, keeping them informed of company developments to ensure top-notch service;Sales-driven and motivated personality to achieve KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis;Strong interpersonal skills, optimism, and initiative;Willingness to learn and improve continuously;Proven experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a similar role;Demonstrated track record of successful sales;Experience in customer support or financial services is an advantage;Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, AMO CRM).Responsibilities:Arrange business meetings with prospective clients;Promote the company’s products/services, addressing or predicting clients' objectives;Assist in preparing contracts, ensuring adherence to legal guidelines and company policies;Stay informed about market trends;Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals;Build reports to track progress and results;Manage time effectively and plan strategically;Contact and engage leads, converting them into long-term customers;Conduct calls and presentations through multiple communication platforms;Attend expos/conferences to promote the business;B2B sales experience required.What They Offer• Competitive salary and benefits package.• Opportunities for career growth and development.• Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
