SALES MANAGER/ CONTENT MANAGER

We have built a strong and passionate team with very relevant experience to produce FAST thematic TV channels that are distributed in Europe (UK, Germany, France, Spain and Italy), to be accessed by a segmented audience via connected TVs, for free with advertising.
We are now looking for a Sales Manager/Content Manager to join us and lead the commercialization of our thematic TV channels, with special focus in sponsorships and branded content, directly with agencies and brands.
The role will be focused in Spain as a first market and will expand to other countries in Europe in next years with local teams.
Main responsibilities.
Design, propose and define a commercial plan, including sponsorship, branded content and any other commercial opportunities in Spain to achieve the company targets.
Define and standardized the products to be commercialized and prepare proposals for each of the potential clients.
Execute and achieve the plan, including contacting, pitching, negotiating, closing deals and overseeing the implementation of the campaigns, sponsorships or special actions.
Coordinate with internal teams the execution of the campaigns and sponsorships.
Establish strategic partnerships with advertising and media agencies in Spain to create a long-term sustained advertising revenues base.
Create a portfolio of potential clients and key partners and build a pipeline of potential clients to secure the achievement of the plan.
Track the pipeline and forecast monthly results.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with agencies, clients and external partners.
Requisitos Requirements.
5 years-experience working in special actions and/or branded content for broadcasters, media publishers, advertising or media agencies, with specific experience on campaigns and projects on TV in Spain.
Solid network in media agencies in Spain.
KPI-driven, proven and successful track record of influencing, meeting, and exceeding advertising sales targets as well as the businesss overall targets set by the business.
Exceptional communication skills, both in written and in verbal form.
Appetite for challenges, creative, pro-active and hands-on attitude Ability to be nimble and resourceful, work under tight deadlines, and respond to shifting priorities across multiple projects.
Hyper-organized, naturally communicative, and passionate about his/her work Contribute to a friendly team environment that promotes collaboration.
Passion for content, media, advertising, and consumer insights Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or any other related field.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as experience with analysing datasets and delivering actionable insights.
Fluent in English and Spanish Based in Barcelona.
Residents of Madrid with availability to travel to Barcelona are also valued.
