SALES MANAGER IBERIA (HOSPITALITY)

They don’t just provide world class commerce and payment services, they generate revenue for our customers and help them grow. In the early days, they set out to simplify the complex payment process of VAT refunds for international shoppers in Europe. Fast-forward to today, and their single payments platform is unique in the industry – the only one that offers acquiring, processing, digital wallets, VAT refunds and currency conversion services.The Sales Manager Role role is with primary focus on building robust relationships with decision makers in Hospitality with strong international & national footfall. The goal is to secure new customers to our core suite of hospitality products and services while managing exiting accounts within Spain and Portugal. In parallel with his individual sales contribution, the role holder will report to the Southern Europe Senior Sales Director. This role should be based in Lisbon, Madrid or Barcelona ideally, or remotely with very frequent travel to at least one of these locations. Your RoleBuild an annual Sales Development plan. Develop and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities.Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual new business sales targets.Retain existing customers and extend their service contractsMaximise revenue opportunities and ensure business is sufficiently profitable.React to customer / partners queries in a professional and timely manner.Work with supporting departments to resolve to a satisfactory standard.Accurately complete sales documentation which supports the sale of services that include quotations, proposals and tenders.Lead on the creation and delivery of new business presentations with customers.Make sure that the CRM system is kept updated with customer and opportunity information in line with the KPI’s set by the manager.Provide information to manager and other internal individuals / departments in an accurate and timely manner.Work and contribute within the broader sales team, creating and promoting ideas to assist colleagues in the achievement of set objectives.Work professionally, effectively and constructively to promote the company.Carry out any additional duties which would be deemed by the manager and company to be in the best interest of the company and its customersYour QualificationsExcellent Portuguese or Spanish skills (C2) and English (C1)Must have several years of proven experience in new business sales, preferably within IPTV and networking Industry.Must have previous sales experience to selling to hospitality operations and an understanding of hospitality technology.Proven knowledge of current sales techniques and strong working knowledge of developing a sales pipeline and sales development planProven track record in managing and the delivery of new business targetsA knowledge of the Portuguese / Spanish hospitality industry would be an advantageProven interpersonal and networking skills ideally in a similar sales environmentProven communication and team working skillsProven organizational, planning and sales preparation skills.Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)Excellent IT skills inc.
