Job Responsibilities.
Sales planning and execution Develop and execute territory and account strategies with a strategic mindset to achieve business objectives.
Drive results through the effective management of distributor incentive programs.
- - -- Prepare detailed sales reports and contribute to demand forecasts.
Key customer relationship management Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), and hospital administrators in critical accounts.
Provide product in-service training to HCPs and hospital staff.
Distributor Management Manage and enhance distributor sales capabilities, focusing on augmentation and reconstruction.
Train and mentor distributor sales professionals to ensure excellence in execution.
Educational Support Support professional education activities to enhance product and procedural knowledge for HCPs.
Qualifications Qualifications and Requirements.
A university degree or higher.
Business-level fluency in Mandarin and English.
Over five years of medical device sales experience.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
Proven expertise in managing distributor relationships.
High learning agility and a passion for continuous learning.
Strong communication skills with confidence to lead in a healthcare market.
